Brandon David, LEED AP, is the owner and operator with over 15 years of "hands-on" field experience building and supervising high end custom homes. Site supervision duties have included every aspect of designing and building custom homes throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Brandon graduated with an Associates of Science in Architecture with honors from the University of Utah in 1999, and went on to earn a secondary degree, Bachelor of Environmental Design with Honors, from the University of Colorado in 2004. While at CU, he competed and placed in several design competitions and worked on the CU team for the National Champion Solar Decathlon project.
In 2006, after spending two more years in Boulder leading high-end carpentry and remodel projects, Brandon joined a local architecture firm where he currently works as a designer and project manager. Currently, his main focus consists of developing a sustainable Design-Build company specializing in pre-packaged, energy-efficient additions for existing homes in the Boulder area.
Community Involvement
Brandon is active in several professional organizations including: Boulder Green Building Guild and 2140. In his spare time he volunteers for Habitat for Humanity; a local art museum, BMOCA; and The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities.
By combining his hands-on construction experience and background as a designer, you get a complete package that includes quality construction and design.
